Position Summary
As a Prefab Production Level 5 – Stone/Quartz Fabricator, you will be skilled in precise templating, safe slab handling, and high-quality countertop installation, ensuring seamless alignment and fixture integration. This role will lead teams, train installers, enforce safety, and optimize processes while maintaining client satisfaction through clear communication. You will also be proficient in modern tools and deliver projects on time with exceptional quality and professionalism.
WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED (Minimum Requirements):
- Proven ability to execute construction subtasks independently without supervision.
- Demonstrated competence in Stone Fabrication including templating, edge profiling, polish and finishing, seam joining and installation.
- Comfortable interpreting detailed instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to complete production tasks accurately.
- Experienced with hand and power tools, used safely in a production or construction environment.
- Ability to perform quality self-checks and follow safety protocols in both general and electrical scopes.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining clean and efficient work areas.
- Thorough experience troubleshooting and identifying scope or material issues.
WHAT SETS YOU APART (Preferred Requirements):
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting prints to perform installations per drawing with minimal correction.
- Ability to work with plumbers to ensure proper alignment of fixtures, such as undermount sinks, and verify that plumbing connections are accessible post-installation
- Experience addressing challenges, such as uneven walls, out-of-level cabinets, or unexpected measurements, by adjusting installation techniques or coordinating with fabricators.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect completed installations for alignment, stability, and finish quality, making adjustments to meet client and industry standards.
- Team Coordination and Collaboration: Lead collaboration with fabricators, designers, and other trades, assigning roles and ensuring smooth communication across the project team.
- Time Management and Scheduling: Manage project timelines, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to ensure installations are completed efficiently without compromising quality.

SCHEDULE:
- Full-time: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
COMPENSATION AND CAREER GROWTH:
- $34-$40/hour, depending on experience
- Opportunities for performance-based increases
