As of September 2023, we began producing modular units in our retrofitted pop-up facility in Redding, CA, which is about 8 miles north of our future Anderson, CA site. With a team of about 20 craftsman, we are actively fulfilling orders ranging from single 1-Bedroom ADU’s to 30-Unit Multifamily complexes. We invite you to drop by and see our process in action.
